We want you to be fully confident before you subscribe. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
1. Evaluate first
Use the in-app evaluation flow to confirm XLR8 Print fits your publication before purchasing.
2. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed based on account activity, purchase status, and applicable payment-gateway rules. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method.
3. Usage review
Refund eligibility may be affected once production credits, exports, or custom onboarding work have been used.
4. Enterprise
Enterprise contracts follow the terms of the signed agreement.

Pages already consumed, Razorpay/payment-gateway fees (2% for UPI, 2% for cards), and custom enterprise onboarding work.
