Refund Policy

We want you to be fully confident before you subscribe. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Free trial first

Every new organization gets 10 pages free for 14 days. Please use the trial to evaluate XLR8 Print before paying.

2. Monthly plan — 48-hour window

If you purchase a Monthly plan and request a refund within 48 hours, AND you have used 10 or fewer pages, we issue a full refund. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Annual plan — 7-day window

Annual plans: full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase AND fewer than 50 pages used. Pro-rata refund is not offered after 7 days.

4. Enterprise

Enterprise contracts follow the terms of the signed agreement.

Pages already consumed, Razorpay/payment-gateway fees (2% for UPI, 2% for cards), and custom enterprise onboarding work.
