This Privacy Policy explains how Flutterfly Softwares Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "Flutterfly") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use XLR8 Print (the "Service"). We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, organization name), usage data (pages printed, templates used, timestamps), payment data (processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers), and content you create in the Service.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
3. Storage and service providers
Application records, including CRM records, are stored in PostgreSQL on our application infrastructure hosted by Contabo in Mumbai, India. Files and generated assets are stored separately. We use service providers to operate features such as payments, email and WhatsApp messaging. Meta processes WhatsApp communications through its WhatsApp Business Platform under its own terms and privacy policies.
4. Retention
Account data for the life of your account + 90 days after closure. Payment records for 8 years (Indian tax law). Content is deleted when you delete your organization.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — write to corporate@flutterflysoftwares.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, audit logs, and regular security reviews. Report vulnerabilities to corporate@flutterflysoftwares.com.
7. Children
The Service is not for users under 18.

9. WhatsApp customer conversations
When you contact our WhatsApp Business number, XLR8 Print CRM may receive your phone number or WhatsApp identifier, profile name, message content, attachment metadata, message identifiers and timestamps. Authorized CRM staff use this information to respond to inquiries, identify customer replies, handle requests for free newspaper pages, and manage follow-up reminders. Message records and follow-up history are retained until we delete them or you request deletion, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your WhatsApp CRM data, email corporate@flutterflysoftwares.com or message our business number and identify the WhatsApp number concerned. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Deletion from our CRM does not delete copies held in your WhatsApp app or by Meta; those are governed by the respective service and its privacy policy.
