This Privacy Policy explains how Flutterfly Softwares Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "Flutterfly") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use XLR8 Print (the "Service"). We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Information we collect
Account data (name, email, phone, organization name), usage data (pages printed, templates used, timestamps), payment data (processed by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers), and content you create in the Service.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
3. Where we process
Primary servers in India (Firebase asia-south1). Some infrastructure (Razorpay KYC, email) may process data in the US or EU under standard contractual clauses.
4. Retention
Account data for the life of your account + 90 days after closure. Payment records for 8 years (Indian tax law). Content is deleted when you delete your organization.
5. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — write to corporate@flutterflysoftwares.com. We respond within 30 days.
6. Security
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, audit logs, and regular security reviews. Report vulnerabilities to corporate@flutterflysoftwares.com.
7. Children
The Service is not for users under 18.
