Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of XLR8 Print, operated by Flutterfly Softwares Pvt. Ltd. ("Flutterfly", "we"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
XLR8 Print is a SaaS tool for Hindi newspaper design, AI-assisted content, and print-ready PDF export.
2. Account
You are responsible for account security. One organization account must not be shared across organizations.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to publish unlawful content (defamation, incitement, obscenity under IT Rules 2021), spam, or scraped content you have no right to publish. Comply with RNI rules for your edition.
4. Account access
Workspace access, usage limits, and renewal terms are shown inside the app before activation. See Refund Policy for refund terms.
5. Your content
You own your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service.
6. Intellectual property
XLR8 Print, its code, fonts, templates, and algorithms remain our property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell.
7. Service changes
We may modify features with notice. Material changes announced 30 days in advance.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may suspend access for breach or account misuse.
9. Liability
Service provided "as-is". Our total liability is limited to direct service claims. Not liable for missed print deadlines, lost revenue, or indirect damages.
10. Governing law
Indian law. Disputes resolved in courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
