1. RNI Registration (Mandatory)

What is RNI?

Registrar of Newspapers for India - statutory body under Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.

Registration Process:

  1. Visit https://rni.nic.in
  2. Submit Form 1 with title verification (Rs.1,000 fee)
  3. After approval, submit Form 2 (Rs.2,000 fee)
  4. Submit declaration from printer
  5. Provide specimen copy within 30 days of first publication

Timeline: 30-60 days

2. Business Registration
